Do you sell to homeowners or only to contractors?

Everyone is welcome. You can shop online or visit either store. Contractors can ask us about wholesale pricing and quotes for bigger jobs.

Can you help me find a part by model number?

Yes. Call us or email the model and serial number from the unit data plate, plus a photo if you have one. We will match the right part or a compatible replacement.

Do I need an EPA certification to buy refrigerant?

Some refrigerants can only be sold to EPA Section 608 certified technicians. Please have your certification ready when you buy those products.

Do you ship orders?

Yes, we ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight, size and address. Large equipment ships by freight. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I pick up my order at a store?

Yes. Pick up at our North or South Miami store during business hours. We will contact you when your order is ready.

What is your return policy?

Most new, unused items can be returned within 30 days in the original packaging. Some items cannot be returned. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
