AP AC Distributors, LLC ships HVAC equipment, parts and supplies from Miami, Florida. Here is how shipping and store pickup work.

Store pickup

Pick up your order at our North store (4290 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33166) or South store (10505 SW 186th St, Miami, FL 33157) during business hours. Choose pickup at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready. Bring your order number and a photo ID.

Processing time

In-stock orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with an estimated date.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your items and your delivery address. We ship to addresses in the United States.

Large and heavy items (freight)

Items over 150 lbs or longer than 108 inches, like condensing units, air handlers, compressors, long linear diffusers and pipe, ship by freight carrier. Freight is delivered curbside. The carrier will call to schedule the delivery. Please inspect the shipment before you sign and write any damage on the delivery receipt.

Refrigerants, aerosols and chemicals

Refrigerant cylinders, aerosol cans and some chemicals are regulated hazardous materials. They may ship by ground only, may have extra handling charges, or may be available for store pickup only. Some refrigerants can only be sold to EPA Section 608 certified technicians, and we may ask for your certification before we release them.

Damaged or missing items

Check your order when it arrives. Report damaged, missing or wrong items within 48 hours by calling (305) 468-3858 or emailing us with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
